RESTAURANT
The Seafood Depot is truly a landmark. Built inside the historic train depot of 1928, The Depot, a Spanish style stucco building, is an excellent example of early Florida architecture. The award winning architecture affords some of the Everglades' most beautiful views. Watch birds and alligators play from your window all day. There's only one thing better than the view - the food.

This beautiful restaurant serves up nothing but the best in local seafood dishes. The culinary staff is preparing dishes that you will talk about years to come. The seafood depot is not just another dinner out, it is part of the Everglades experience. Casual, come as you are - a warm and friendly atmosphere awaits you.
ACTIVITIES

Florida's best kept secret is this subtropical paradise, where you can enjoy activities such as boating, fishing, walking, bird and nature watching, and visiting historical places of interest. Sample the local fish in the restaurants, grouper, snook and stonecrab claws.

The area is centrally located for easy access to such places as Big Cypress, Shark Valley, Seminole State Preserve, Fakahatchee Strand and the 10,000 Islands.
